In anticipation of the upcoming Christmas holidays we offer a recipe really wonderful to be offered to children as a starter, or as a tasty snack.
Serves 4 Santa Claus:
- 4 cheese Babybel
- 4 long toothpicks
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 2 black olives
How to achieve the Mini Santa Claus cheese
Unwrapping of wax that covers the cheese, making sure to leave a half attached to processed cheese.
Dip the bottom of the small cheese in the cream cheese to create a beard of Santa Claus.
Then pierce the mini Santa Claus with long toothpick and put a small amount of cream cheese on top of the hat.
With a toothpick to make three small holes, two for the eyes and one for the nose. In the holes for the eyes insert two small pieces of black olive, while in the one for the nose a ball made with the wax casing of the cheese.
Store in refrigerator before serving…
