I am thinking about the health of my body and my skin I decided to start swimming. I start swimming because I imagined that water was less likely to give me sleep while I exercised, which is my case when I do exercise!
I started swimming every 8 days and the truth seems to me a wonderful experience. Currently, I’m swimming twice a week. I think my body thanks me. Later I hope to further increase the frequency. I am very glad I made the decision to improve my lifestyle despite not having much time available or much affinity with the sport. And the truth … I no longer dream!
