Giving the right flowers for every occasion

The flower is one of the most beautiful and spontaneous expressions that nature brings. It possesses innate delicacy, elegance, sobriety and a boundless semantic power. That’s right: giving a flower, we can express a message (which is of love, friendship or good feelings).

The floral tribute is usually always very welcome. Choose the right color; however, it is not simple. There are flowers, in fact, the strong and intoxicating fragrances that are certainly not indicated if the recipient is a patient or a person known to be allergic. In short, to make a proper choice, you must have that touch of subtlety, which never hurts.

If you do not know all the way to the tastes and aspirations of the recipient of our gift (this does not apply in the event that it is our partner, a relative or similar), it is always better to observe the rule of sobriety. In practice, it is preferable to buy flowers in soft and very fragrant colors.

For example, for a new mother or in view of special occasions (baptisms, confirmations, communions) it is preferable to opt for Lilies, Jasmine, White Roses or the classic parlor plant which is always beautiful figure.

The situation is different if the recipient of the homage is someone known to us. If it is an inveterate fan of flowers, then you can indulge in the choice. The same is true if it is familiar with the type of furniture in the house of our recipient.

Finally, we must know the type of life that leads the person to choose the most appropriate flower. An individual who passes a short time in the house, for example, will not have time to take care of the plant. Among the plants most suitable for living room are the Kentia that is an evergreen plant and reaches major height; Orchid (very pretty but extremely delicate), the Azalea, Begonias, Cyclamen or likable.

Access colors, sparkling, red, yellow, pink, or blue. With your partner, the rule of sobriety is not worth it at all. It can thus give in to the temptation to give her a Yellow Rose, a Red Rose or you can veer towards an amiable fat map (which requires little care, and it is beautiful to behold).

There are, then, the so-called occasional flowers particularly suitable for the holidays: for example, the Mimosa is the classic symbol of Women’s Day, the Holly or Poinsettia will give to Christmas (they are especially welcome to grandmothers), Roses are the typical floral gift for Valentine’s Day and the Bay is suitable for a graduate degree.

Combining flowers in bouquets can express more meanings that are complex. For example, Lily (Purity) – Lilacs (First Love) – White Rose – (innocent and spiritual love) the meaning is: “You are my first true love”; Orchid (Charm) – Tuberose (Sensuality) – Fern (Mystery) the meaning is: “you have bewitched me”; White daisies (Patience) – Mimosa (Modesty) – Tulip (declaration of love) the meaning is: I love you and I’ll wait when you too will be ready to marry.

The flowers can have many meanings. At the time of flower choice, we often want to resist as long as possible: the resistance and not be looking only attract aesthetic must then consider carefully.
