Greek salad with watermelon

  • Watermelon – 1 slice.
  • Tomato – 2 pecs.
  • Cucumber – 1 piece.
  • Red onions – 1 PC.
  • Olives (pitted) – 50 g.
  • Feta cheese – 150 g.
  • Olive oil – to taste.
  • Balsamic vinegar – 1 tbsp. l.
  • Fresh salad – 1 bunch.
  • Salt – to taste.
  • Pepper – to taste.

Cooking method

  • Wash cucumber, peel and cut into small cubes.
  • Watermelon peel, remove seeds and cut into cubes.
  • Tomatoes cut into quarters. Cut the onion into thin feathers.
  • Feta cheese cut into cubes. Olive strain and rinse.
  • Lettuce leaves wash and removes excess moisture. Break your hands into small pieces.
  • Mix all the ingredients carefully, season with salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Capers with watermelon

  • Watermelon – 300 g.
  • Mozzarella cheese – 110 g.
  • Fresh basil – 1 bunch.
  • Balsamic vinegar – 1 tbsp. l.
  • Salt, pepper – to taste.
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Watermelon peel, remove seeds.
  • Cut the watermelon and mozzarella cheese into the same slices.
  • On a flat dish lay the slices of mozzarella, alternating them with slices of watermelon. Put on top the basil leaves, lightly salt and pepper.
  • Pour the salad with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Bonn Appetite!

Chicken with rocket salad and watermelon

  • Chicken fillet – 2 pecs.
  • Feta cheese – 100 g.
  • Watermelon – 350 g.
  • Kola – 1 beam
  • Lime – 1 PC. (juice and peel)
  • Honey – 0,5 Tsp.
  • Red onions – 1 PC.
  • Olive oil – 3 tbsp. l.
  • Fresh ground pepper, salt – to taste.

Cooking method

  • Dressing: in a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil, honey, lime zest, and juice. Add salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.
  • Cut the watermelon into small cubes. Put in a bowl and pour 2 tsp. refueling. Cover with food wrap and store in the refrigerator until ready for use.
  • Place chicken breast between two slices of food film. Using a rolling pin, a hammer or any heavy object that you have on hand, stretch the breast to a thickness of about 6 mm. But be careful not to tear the fillets. Season the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper.
  • Preheat the frying pan, pour in 0,5 tbsp. l. olive oil and spread over the entire surface. Add one of the chicken breasts and fry until it is browned. Transfer the chicken to a plate, add the remaining ½ st. l. olive oil and cook a second breast. Allow to cool slightly and cut into small strips.
  • Kola rinse, dry and rip. Cut the red onion into thin feathers.
  • In a bowl, mix the arugula and red onion with the remaining dressing. Add a pickled watermelon, chicken fillet and all the proper, but very carefully, mix.
  • At the top of the salad, add feta cheese and serve to the table. Bonn Appetite!
